Design and Build - WTP, STP, ETP:

We have expertise in designing and building Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). We will design and build the plants as per the requirement

Procurement, Erection and Installation:

We also have experience of installation of STP and ETP plants of various capacities and different types.That includes; bar screen, EC rectors, tube settlers, mixers, air blowers with motors, air grid with diffusers, fabricated tanks (aeration, settling and intermediate tanks) electrical system, Ozonation system, ACF, Sand filters, RO system, etc.

Operation and Maintenance:

We provide services for operation and maintenance of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and utility facility operations. Our operation and maintenance services are available round the clock for operation, troubleshooting, servicing and overhauling of treatment units. As we also install and commission all these plants, it is easier for the operation and maintenance of the plant along with enhancement of performance. This helps in maintaining treatment efficiencies & preventing breakdown of the plant units.

Consultancy for Bottled Water Projects:

We have designed international standard bottled water plants of capacity up to 18000 LPH integrated with blowing of PET bottles. We are associated with manufacturers of water processing plants, filling line, bottle blowing machine, pre-fabricated structures, piping, etc. We have in house team of engineers for erection and commissioning of water treatment plant, automatic filling and labelling machines, bottle blowing machines, utilities, prefabricated building, piping, electrical work, etc.We have the experience of establishing the quality control labs as per BIS and set standards for ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. We can impart training to the factory staff for running of the plant and for quality production.
